Quick yogurt parfait

If you´re looking for a breakfast for busy mornings, yogurt parfaits is a great alternative. Not only are they quick to make and easy to pack, but they also have lots of nutrients like calcium, healthy fats and carbohydrates.

Yogurt parfait


1/2 cup (125ml) Unsweetened yogurt of choice

1 big handful granola

1/4 Persimmon, in chunks

4 tsp Pomegranate seeds

1 tsp Pumpkin seeds


  1. Start by adding half the amount of the persimmon chunks and pomegranate seeds.

  2. Add yogurt and then granola on top. Here you can use store bought or homemade granola.

  3. Lastly add on the last of the fruits and top with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
